Why Can’t I Log into my Account?

The Central Library Consortium is adding three new members!  As part of this exciting change, we need to stop some services for a software upgrade and data migration.

From 9pm on Thursday, April 3 through 9am on Wednesday, April 9, you cannot log in to check your account or complete other account-related functions, such as placing holds.  The online catalog will remain available with limited functionality.  The availability of a particular item— is it on the shelf?– will not be accurate during this time.  Please call the library to determine if the item you are looking for is actually available to check out.

Thank you for your patience while we make these changes.  We look forward to seeing you again on April 9 when 14 library systems will begin partnering to serve 1.4 million residents across six counties with more than 4.5 million items in our combined catalog!
