CLC’s Governing Council Meeting will be held on November 12th, 2013 at the Fairfield County District Library’s Main Branch in Lancaster, Ohio. The library building has recently gone under an interior “refresh”. Topics on the meeting agenda will include a discussion of the 2014 budget.
